FGWC

Friday, April 25th, 4:00, The Chicory Cafe.

I've sent the e-mails out. If you didn't get one and you'd like to be on the list, post a comment and I'll track you down like a dog and wrestle your e-mail address out of you and you'll be in. It's that simple. There's rarely any blood.

And a million thanks to Neil for a great After-the-Analecta party! As usual, I didn't get to talk to half the people I really wanted to, but that's the way it always is.

Hi Charmi-- it was so nice to meet you!

It was great meeting you, too, Louise! I wish we could have had more time, but I'm sure they'll be more opportunities.

Excuse the poor grammar above. I'm slammed for time the next couple of days!

Yes, it was an awesome time. I needed it, certainly, but now I'm regretting missing those prime Saturday night homework hours. Ah, well...and it was very nice to meet you for me, too, Louise! A pleasant surprise. Thanks, Neil!

I'll be there Friday. Go easy on me!

And yes...thanks to Neil. Although I've been an English major for three years, seems like forever, there are so many of you I don't know. It's been nice spending some time with everyone.

Nice to meet you Louise. As with everyone else, it would have been nice to have more time to talk but I'm rather shy with people I don't know. Come back again!

Shy. HA! Yes, Ann is a veritable shrinking violet.

Louise was there and I missed it? If I'd known, I would have come--and had her sign my copy of Lark.

It was a great time; it was great to meet you Louise, and after I had just posted on of your pieces!

I'll be there Friday, no amount of impending doom (senior term paper) will keep me away.

Also good to know the rest of us congregating wasn't enough reason for Talia to make an appearance ;)

Rachel - Shy until I know you...then all bets are off!

Yes, apparently the only thing that could induce Talia to come out of her house was a poet with an actual book out whom she hasn't yet met. Good to know where we stand, Talia. ;)

I'll be in Tennessee on Friday. But, I am 100% definitely lined up for the 30th.
