Surreal

What a wild day! Gene worked and I hung around Miama University of Ohio and sat in the library and worked and watched the stock market ooze.

And I have two poems up today at The Salt River Review. This makes up for the slew of rejections I've gotten all through September.

You just can't kick that habit of hanging out in colleges with your laptop, can you?

Those poems are great. They're lucky to have snagged them before another place did.

Thanks Talia & Chad.

And no, I can't kick the habit. I rarely take vacation time, so I always have to mix work & play! It works - and look, I haven't had to attend one meeting, except occasionally the animals and I have a discussion about who gets to sit where.

Loved the reads of your work there, congrats Charmi and to be published with Neruda has to be a thrill. He's my original #1 fave poet. There are a lot of good poems and poets there, WTG!!

Smiles!

Charmi, that's great! They're a quality publication. I know because I just got a rejection from them a couple months ago. :-P Really, really good job.

Thanks, Mike. It was good to have them up, especially at those two locations! It helps take the stink off of the pile of rejections I've been gathering lately ;-P.

I was including jmww and SRR, both of which I'm very happy about.
