The Seige

August & we're in the heat of it. If you're not, good for you. I've been working and playing, neglecting the blog, growing volunteer pumpkins & drinking sangria, for goodness sake. What's a girl to do? My yard has been commandeered by squatting pumpkins! Pictures of the seige soon.

In the meantime, not everyone is working/playing: The Recession.

September, I'd like to have a meeting with you.

Hey Charmi... how are you? Now it really has been forever. I've had a busy summer. I picked up a part-time job at Barnes & Noble, kind of waiting to bump into you or anyone else from the circle. I still do some writing, but I've been delving into my visual artisit side a lot more--hoping to go back to IUSB next spring for graphic design. You can check out some of my stuff at

Going to be out of town for awhile at the beginning of September, but if you plan a gathering I will try to secure the time off. Hope you're doing well. :)

Hi Mark -- You're right. It's been too long. As you might fathom from the sparsity of blog posts, I've been busy with life & neglecting the writing. However, fall is coming and my writing/work shopping desires will certainly increase.

I'll stop in to B&N and see if I can't find you & plan something, at least a catch-up coffee!

Or just send me an e-mail...
